Where is DaTerra Kitchen located?
We are based in the South Bay Area of Los Angeles.

Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?
We offer delivery within a 30 mile radius from zip code 90278. Delivery is free within 5 miles and otherwise $2.50 per mile.

More than 30 miles from 90278? Email us to inquire about special delivery rates!

How do I order?
For any item within our store, just add to cart and then add DaTerra Delivery to cart and adjust the quantity to reflect the distance in miles to your delivery location. Click here for more information.

For custom orders not found within our site, please email us to go over the details of your custom request, including catering for special events.

I have food allergies. Can you help?
Please let us know if you have any food allergies and we will make sure to accommodate your needs.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If none of these payments will work for you, please contact us to request alternative payment by Venmo.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax (9.50%) is automatically added to your product purchase. The delivery charge is not taxed.

Is there an order minimum to qualify for delivery?
There is a $30 order minimum to qualify for delivery. If you are purchasing our vegan cheese or vegan cream cheese, multiple items will need to be purchased in order to meet our delivery minimum. If that’s too large of a commitment, please email us to arrange a local pickup instead.

How early in advance do I need to order?
Please give us at least 24 hours notice. We may be able to accommodate something last-minute though- just ask!

I need to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?
Please cancel at least 12 hours prior to your delivery day and time to receive a full refund.

How many people do your gourmet boards and boxes serve?
Our small offerings serve 2-4, our mediums serve 4-6, and our larges serve 8-10, all as a hearty appetizer. The Breakfast Box serves 2 and Housewarming options serve 2-4.

What is each offering served on?
Each product offering arrives either in a box or on a wood cutting board that you get to keep.

I won’t be serving until later in the day. How should I store my items?
Keep your item(s) refrigerated until you plan on serving them, if not eating right away. Note that Cheese & Charcuterie boards should be served at room temperature (the cheese will taste best), so take them out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
